gcrk If that could help, I could be part of French translators. I've been involved in French translations for Ubuntu, have been one of the administrators from the French translators team (but had to step down due to not having enough time for it).

Hi @gcrk, given the time and attention I'm devoting to AntennaPod (and hopefully, at some point, on the bridge between the two), it might be better to remove me as coordinator for Dutch. I'm really sorry - hope someone else will step up. Always happy to chip in if there's (Dutch) translation questions, though 🙂

Just created an account so I can participate in the spanish translation.
I'm a Panamanian, totally-blind person so I don't know if Webblate could be my option, but hopefully I can contribute to some work there.
I saw some of the languages and they seem to have been locked or something or even the project is frozen?

I am not sure what you mean by "If weblate could be my option". Are you concerned about the accessibility of the tool? Beyond that, weblate is the place to help us with translations!

Thanks for the new Funkwhale update!
Some times ago, I translated quite some documentation sentences in French. They seem to have disappear… I still can see them in https://translate.funkwhale.audio/memory/ and for some strings it sais "has already been translated": example.

Are my precedent contributions gone? Do I have to translate everything again? If I translate again, do I have a "guarantee" that it’s not useless?

Thovi98 Hi! There was a major refactoring of the documentation, and therefore a lot of strings changed their location. Now weblate can't tell if the translations is still right in the new context, which is why it resets it. However, as you noted, weblate is aware of a previous translation of the exact same string, hence it displays the warning "has already been translated". And right below you have the button "Fix string", which you can use to copy the old translation into the field again.

Its not ideal, but the refactoring was required 🙂 Thank you for your work and contributions 😍 🐋

Hi, I checked that the Chinese translation is 93% complete.

Is there by any chance I can implemented it to my instance?

How can I do it? I meant to set the whole instance just in two languages, Chinese & English. 🙂

Hello. Can you initialize the Ukrainian translation for the web front end please? Also, Weblate says that translations have been automatically locked for maintenance because it couldn't update the repository, warning that remote identification has changed; can you please fix that? Another somewhat off-topic issue, I tried writing to the steering e-mail mentioned in the documentation (wrong place for my request, I should have written here) and got a failed mail delivery, Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table; if that e-mail address ought to work, please look what's wrong in the server configuration because apparently people are currently unable to contact you that way if they needed to.
