New install, SSL certificates not working

Hey,

I recently installed funkwhale using the quick install from the docs. But when trying to access the web interface with firefox I get an error about the secure connection, basically meaning the ssl certificates couldn't be validated.

I'm a web noob so I'm not entirely sure what to do about this

I tried disabling ssl by messing around with the nginx config and removing the https redirection, yet I couldn't get it to work.

I also tried regenerating the ssl certificates with certbot but it didn't change a thing.

Any help is appreciated !

Removing SSL is not a good idea. You should keep them and configure properly your SSL config.

Now that you have your SSL files thx to certbot you need to configure Nginx to access these files. You need to set ssl_certificate and ssl_certificate_key to the path of your SSL crt file and key file
