moving funkwhale server

Hi
Yes, i know it is not recommended to move a funkwhale server as it breaks federation, but i just started and am not federated with anything yet and i would like to move my instance to a subdomain.

How would i go about this in the right way?

Is it not just to change the server name in the .env file and to change the reverse proxy setup to the new subdomain and that's that?

I hope not to break anything. Am i overlooking something?

If you don't want to manually update a lot of database entries, I'd recommend to do a new install.

I see... Makes sense.

So, if i install it again in a subdomain it will still put it in /srv/funkwhale and i can just import the media library that is there?

Yes, just use the in-place import
