FUji I feel you. I tried to share my library with a couple of friends and most will fall back to Spotify/there accounts see one log in and then no more.
I guess you could share your library URLs in this forum? Atleast, the people seeing them would potentially have their own pod to follow with.
Optionally you can set your pod to require no authentication, and then be able to share links to albums with friends who don't use the platform. You can even embed albums/playlists in websites. But, legality comes into play as even though you own the physical/digital releases you bought, you're effectively hosting a music service that does not pay royalties for starters.
It would be good if Funkwhale could do what Navidrome does with sharing media, as in still have API requiring auth, but sharing tracks sandboxes them so non-users can still listen to the track/album/playlist.
