Broadcast and display listenings and favorites

Hello, and yet another new feature to discuss : Broadcast and display listenings and favorites through activity pub.

This is related to the user follow feature. When a user will be followed, its listenings and favorites will be displayed in a thread. There is things that can be done before user-follow is implemented :

Frontend :
- we need a desing @mjourdan
Privacy / open question
- I suppose we need a setting to make listening and favorite public/private.

We already have a setting that controls privacy of activity. I think we can just inherit from this, but add another setting that specifies that you want your activity to be open to Followers only.
