Change funding for User-Follow and favorite synchronization with ListenBrainz

Hello,
Deadline for the funding is approaching. We have this task : II-2 User-Follow and favorite synchronization with ListenBrainz which is blocked by II-4 Following other fw users. Considering we didn't even started the design for this I would suggest to change II-2 to II-2 Listenings and favorite synchronization with ListenBrainz. This way we can start the implementation right now and this will be useful to have troi recommendation working in a decentralized way (less server load on listenbrainz side).

How does this sound ?

Funkwhale already is able to sync listenings with Listenbrainz, I don't think it makes sense to get funding for something we have implemented already?

gcrk we can scrobble to lb but we don't syn with it : we dont have lb listenings into fw, and this is what is needed for the recommendation system. We could also use it to filter out tracks that were recently listened outside of fw.
