problem importing our podcasts with Apple

Hi everyone !

We use funkwhale to go on wordpress, Spotify and Deezer for our radio shows since a few weeks but we are stuck with Apple.

It tells us that their is a problem with the pictures of our podcasts they "have to be hosted on a server allowing HTTP requests"

What can we do ?

can you provide the funkwhale page of your podcast to help us debug ? I don't understand their response...they want to use http instead of https ?

We're having the exact same problem!
Our podcast is this one: https://open.audio/channels/linkegeschichte/

The issue report says "Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests." It then gives this link for more information: https://help.apple.com/itc/podcasts_connect/#/itcb54353390 where it says "Verify the web server hosting your artwork allows HTTP head requests"

We already changed the artwork to have exactly 3000 x 3000 pixels, so that can't be the problem anymore.

This indeed seems like a bug on our side. I'm not sure if this is specific to open.audio or to fw code :s

I'm not quite sure what to do now though. Do you know how to solve this problem?
