Error fetching podcast RSS feeds

It seems I cannot fetch any podcast RSS feed, whether it ends in an .xml/.rss extension or not. All of them appear to be formatted correctly, as my browser recognises them as RSS feeds and throws them at my RSS client.

Go to Channels -> in the top right corner you have an "Add new" Button. There you can select if you want to add an RSS-Feed or an Fediverse channel, where the first is what you want.

Adding a new channel worked!

I accessed the form by pasting the feed URL to the search bar, then clicking on "Subscribe to podcast via RSS feed": [upl-image-preview url=https://forum.funkwhale.audio/assets/files/2022-10-27/1666855042-496831-screen-shot-2022-10-27-at-101629.png]
That is actually one of the methods mentioned in the Funkwhale docs (the latter being subscribing via "new channel" method: [upl-image-preview url=https://forum.funkwhale.audio/assets/files/2022-10-27/1666855209-80321-screen-shot-2022-10-27-at-101915.png]
Odd that one of the two ways works but the other doesn't 🤔

It looks like the search bar isn't detecting the data type correctly when opening the remote search form. I've opened an issue for us to fix this for 1.3.0.
