Answers in the fediverse account?

Hello,
if someone answers me in the fediverse account I can't find how to read these answers, is it possible or it's only to read about new audios?

Your account does show up on Mastodon and people are responding to your posts. I'm not sure but I believe you need another Mastodon/Pleroma/Friendica/etc account to read it.

For testing purposes I'm following you from my Mastodon account. Not sure if this shows up in your notifications on Funkwhale (and also send you a DM).

EricBuijs Thank you. I receive nothing, I can only see what others tell me in Fediverse following the Funkwhale account myself from another Fediverse account, but I can't control the fediverse account of Funkwhale there. I can only login to open.audio and see nothing.

I can only assume at this point Funkwhale only partly federates with the rest of the Fediverse. On the plus side Mastodon users can follow your Funkwhale account and comment. Funkwhale is a large project and it is still young. Since it's libre software development relies on volunteers and the list with issues is large. Nevertheless you could post this issues (https://dev.funkwhale.audio/funkwhale/funkwhale/-/issues?sort=created_date&state=opened) and hope that in a future version it will be implemented.

We do not have comments or messages objects on funkwhale so we can't federate something we do not have.

We have lots of things to do before enabling this kind of features, but we did not have a clear consensus of if we wanted to implement these on the long term.
